We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date or the start of your current billing period.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the initial purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This right is in addition to our 30-day money-back guarantee.

3. Cancellation

4. Refunds After the 30-Day Period
After the 30-day money-back guarantee period, refunds may be granted at Paddle's discretion on a case-by-case basis. Examples of situations where a refund may be considered:

- Unauthorized or fraudulent charges on your account.
- Duplicate charges or billing errors.

5. Refund Processing
- All refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and will be returned using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 5-10 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once your refund has been processed.
6. Free Trials
If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be taken. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and the regular refund policy will apply from the date of the first charge.
